Storm Front "Stormy" 6 year old Welsh/Thoroughbred cross, 14.1 hh Wow! A pony like this only comes around once in a lifetime! Stormy is a beautiful dark dappled grey with a kind eye and a great attitude. He is a gentleman in the barn and only wants to please. Stormy is currently showing at 2'9" and can easily jump 3' with no problem. He also is quiet on trails. We are showing him at local shows only, keeping him eligible green. With more mileage and time, this wonderful boy will beat the best of them in the show ring! Stormy gets along with both geldings and mares and also can go out alone. He clips, bathes, and loads well. His ground manners are excellent, and he is safe for children to handle. Last summer (2007), Stormy completed the Genesee Valley Hunter Classic Series, finishing sixth overall in the Baby Green division! He was a winner in the O/F and far exceeded our expectations! This season Stormy competed in Syracuse, NY in May and finished 3rd out of 22 entries...not bad for a green pony! We also took him to the Northwestern series show hosted by Huntington Meadows Stables in June and again he finished in the ribbons each time.
